From Seed To Master

Recording, production, sync and mentoring, all in one room.

Book the room by the hour, or bank your hours in a development package and keep them until you are ready to use them.

Six Ways Into The Room

Everything runs through the same room and the same team. Pick the way in that fits what you are making.

How Sessions Work

  1. Choose your path

Book a one off session when you need the room, or buy a development package and bank the hours to use whenever suits you.

  2. Pick your slot

The live calendar shows real availability. Choose a time, confirm, and it lands in both diaries straight away.

  3. Turn up and create

Plug in and get to work. An engineer is included in every assisted session, and your remaining hours are always visible in your account.

Not sure which way in? Most first timers start with a Seed Session, two hours with an engineer in the room.

Studio Time

The room, the desk and the monitoring. Run it yourself, or add one of ours to set up, record and mix as you go.

Studio hire rates are unavailable right now. Please get in touch for current pricing.

The engineer fee matches the room hour for hour. Four hours is £120 for the room and £120 for the engineer, so £240 in total.

Launch offer

20% off studio hire with code at checkout. Hire only, it does not apply to development packages.

Put The Two Side By Side

You have seen both ways of buying time. Move the fader to see what each one costs for the length of session you have in mind.

4 hours

Commercial rates are for the room. Development packages are studio time plus mentoring and creative support, so they are a different product, not a discount. Anything between the published lengths is an estimate, marked “from”.

Commercial, room only

£120

You run the desk. £30 an hour at this length.

The Things People Ask Us

If it is your first time in a studio, these are the questions that usually come first.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yourself and your ideas. The room has the desk, the monitoring and the microphones. Bring your own instrument if you have one you love playing, and any reference tracks you want us to hear.

Who will actually be in the room?

An engineer is included in every assisted session, so you are never left to work it out alone. On development packages you also get mentoring from working producers, DJs and educators.

What if I have never recorded before?

You do not need to have recorded before. Two hours is enough to get comfortable and get something down, and nobody expects you to arrive knowing the gear.

What is the difference between a package and booking by the hour?

Booking by the hour buys the room, and an engineer if you want one. A development package buys studio time plus mentoring and creative support, and the hours stay banked until you use them. Use the fader in Plan & Price to see both side by side.

Can I cancel or move a session?

Yes. Move or cancel from your account and your banked hours go straight back to your balance. We will confirm the current notice period when you book.

Where are you, and is there parking?

St Dunstan’s House in Bedminster, Bristol, a repurposed 19th century church. Message us before your first session and we will send directions and everything you need to let yourself in.

Let’s Get You In The Room

Tell us what you are making. We will tell you honestly which of the four is the right way in, and what it costs.
