How this works on the site
Packages are bought from the site and your hours appear in My Account straight away. You book each session from your account against those hours and the balance updates as you go. You can cancel a booking from your account, and the notice period in section 6 still applies, so please give us at least 48 hours.
If you are not sure which package is right for you, or you have a question about these terms, the Seed Session is the best place to start.
